Chris Denison – has been a civil litigator in both federal and state court since 1997. He has litigated numerous cases on behalf of his clients, with disputes and claims in the millions of dollars. In each of the areas noted on this website, Chris has advised his clients and/or litigated for his clients in those matters. Among other cases, Chris has handled business litigation and aviation litigation, lending and finance, trademark, commercial contracts, creditor's rights matters in bankruptcy and federal court, real estate, personal injury, and other civil litigation in Texas, California, Florida, Tennessee, Nebraska, and Georgia. Mr. Denison also assists individuals and corporate clients in trial matters, exposure assessments, and corporate finance. Chris has litigated numerous employment law cases, and insurance defense cases ranging from general liability defense to commercial carrier defense matters. A KEY COMPONENT TO MR.
